January Pack Meeting / Raingutter Regatta has been rescheduled for Wednesday February 2nd. Checkin time is 6:30 pm and racing will begin at 7 PM.

Last night we were lucky enough to have a great talk given by former astronaut Dr. Gregg Linterus. Gregg has been on 2 space shuttle missions and shared images and experiences from his time in space. He was responsible for running a ton of experiments in space, his specialty dealt with combustibles and how they react in space. He uses this knowledge to test mathematical models of the behavior of combustibles here on Earth.

He was asked what was the most interesting thing he saw in space, and his answer was somewhat surprising. The Earth!
